1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as name, email, phone number, profile photo, and ID documents during verification. We also collect location data when you enable location sharing during active gigs, and usage data to improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to facilitate gig matching, process payments through our escrow system, verify your identity for trust and safety, send notifications about gig activity, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment & Financial Data
Payment information is processed through Selcom and Azam Pay. We store transaction records but not raw card or mobile money credentials. All funds are protected in escrow until work is confirmed complete.
4. Location Data
Location is only collected when you actively enable "Share location" during a gig. Location data is visible only to the relevant boss during that active gig period. We do not track location in the background.
5. ID & Verification Documents
Identity documents uploaded for verification are stored securely and used only for the verification process. Documents are reviewed by our team and not shared with other users or third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
